Hello dear teachers!
From now on you are able to reschedule the lessons in your dashboard yourself without addressing the admins.
The only important requirement is that you have discussed and agreed this rescheduling with your student!
In case you haven’t, please contact the admins and don’t reschedule the lesson yourself.
In case we notice that a teacher reschedules the lessons himself without discussing this with the student and we receive the student’s complaint, we will have to restrict this rescheduling option from your profile.
How can you contact the student?
- During the lesson, personally (please mind that only a parent can agree to the rescheduling, not the child).
- Using the new chat feature in your profile.
We would also like to remind you that lessons rescheduling is not an alternative to cancellations!
We have noticed that the teachers sometimes ask the admins to contact the student for lessons rescheduling in order to avoid deductions for late cancellations. The admins are likely to ignore such requests.
