A small notice about cancelling the lessons

Hello everyone,

We hope you are having a great weekend and we would like to ask you about one important detail concerning the new rules of cancellation, starting from April 6.

As from now the time left before the cancelled lesson matters a lot (50% deduction in case of 2-12 hrs cancellation; 100% deduction in case of 2 hrs cancellation or no-show), it is important to avoid any controversy about the time you cancelled.

In the view of this, please try to cancel the lessons manually by clicking on the lesson in your schedule. If you have electricity or internet outage, please connect to the mobile (3G/4G) internet from your smartphone, visit your dashboard at the website and cancel the lessons yourself.

In case you decide to ask the admins to do it for you, please contact them via Skype, as WhatsApp messages are sometimes delivered with delay.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

Dear teachers,

Please take note, we have made an update to our teacher’s Terms and Conditions. These will take effect from April 6th, 2020, but are now up on our website to review now. You shouldn’t notice much difference in your daily work with All Right, however we would like to highlight a few of the most important changes.


Lesson duration has been shortened by 5 minutes:

  •  30 minute lessons will now be reduced to 25 minutes
  • 60 minute lessons will be reduced to 55 minutes

Your pay rate will remain the same, however you will now be expected to add teacher comments after every lesson (within 12 hours after the lesson) and complete your progress reports (again, within 12 hours after the lesson. You will also be expected to be on time for each lesson, and not to leave early; the duration should never be less than 25 minutes (meaning you leave the lesson no earlier than after 25 min after its scheduled start; in case the student was late you can still leave after 25 min of the lesson’s start).


In addition to this, we have added a new billing section to your dashboard where you can view your current rate, and the amount you’ve earned for each class in real time. Please note, the standard penalties are as follows:

  • Cancellations with more than 12 hours notice: no deduction
  • Cancellations with 2-12 hours notice: -50% of lesson fee
  • Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice: -100% of lesson fee

If a student cancels within 6 hours, or is absent, teachers will still receive 75% of their normal remuneration for this lesson.

Students will also now be able to cancel lessons up to 6 hours before class time to give them added flexibility during these difficult times. We hope that this will increase student attendance and booking rates. 


In the future, we are also going to reduce the amount of time students should book in advance, but we are still working on implementing this function in our dashboard.

We are also looking to remove the lesson confirmation function so that lessons will be auto-confirmed, saving teachers time.

Our staff have also been working hard to roll out new training for teachers, as well as an optional weekly training program which should launch soon.

Lessons quality monitoring

Hope you had a great weekend and are staying safe in spite of the COVID-19 outbreak.

We are just writing to update you on some changes we are making to improve the student experience of our lessons, in particular, our trial lessons


As we are making improvements to our platform as well as helping first time students familiarise themselves with our software, we do want to remind you that there may be administrators present during your lessons. In the past, the administrators worked in the background and did not take notice of the teaching quality. However, due to a recent rise in student complaints regarding teacher enthusiasm and teaching environment we have asked that they report to us anything they see that would fall below our service standards. 

The administrator’s presence at the lesson won’t be visible neither to the teacher nor to the student to keep the atmosphere of the lesson calm and easy.


If a team member from All Right has noted anything that would reflect poorly upon our company, we will provide you with feedback on how to rectify this issue. As a reminder, the following conduct is not acceptable:

  • Bare chest and/or shoulders during a lesson
  • Excessive use of a language other than English
  • Drinking or eating during a lesson
  • Rudeness and impatience towards students, parents and staff


We would also like to remind you that we have recommended trial lesson plans for children 3-12 years old, which contain a script for successful communication with a student and his parents. Using the script might help you raise the conversion rate from trial to permanent students. The script is written down in Teacher Notes and shown on the right of the presentation.

At All Right, we put a lot of faith into our teachers to deliver high quality lessons to our students, old and new. We are aware that other companies have made a habit of surveillancing their staff, however this is not the direction our company wishes to take.
