Ideal Candidate
- Passionate. Adores kids and teaching. Is a lifelong learner. Willing to enjoy his/her job on weekdays and within the weekends.
- Qualified. Has an ESL Teaching Experience or a Teaching Certificate. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Russian as a second language is a plus.
- Connected. Has a home office/location with an internet-connected computer with webcam capability. Knows how web conferencing (Skype and similar) works.

I am not a native English speaker, but I speak English fluently. Am I still eligible to apply?Definitely. If you are a fluent English speaker, and meet the relevant job requirements, feel free to apply. English may not be your first language.

Will I be eligible to receive any vacation or holiday time?Yes, but they should be planned 2+ weeks in advance.

Do I have to come up with a studying program or the school has it already designed?We have our optional recommended program. But we preffer teachers come with their own ideas as well.

What payment methods does Allright.io offer?Payments are done on weekly basis via PayPal or in other way discussed in the interview.
