When I was seven years old, I asked my mother, "Mom, what will I be when I grow up?" She answered me, "You like children, so you will be a teacher." Then I asked her, "What do I have to do to become a teacher?" She told me, "You have to study well, then you will go to a gymnasium, and then to college." I answered, Okay.' And so I had a goal. That's why I studied well in school, went to a gymnasium, and then to university to become a teacher. When I stood in front of the students for the first time as a teacher, it was a dream come true.
Even during college, I worked a lot with children as an animator. After the first year of teaching, I wanted to advance my career, and learning English was necessary for that. So, I went to an agency and said that I wanted to go and learn English in an English-speaking country. They offered me America for one year. I thought it was far away and for a long time, but in the end, I accepted the offer. One year turned into fifteen years of living in America. Even during those years, I took care of children as an au pair, babysitter, and taught in a kindergarten. Later, my own children were born, and I also became a professional mother. Some of our children also have specific needs, so I am currently updating my knowledge in that direction as well. I am still learning, whether it's in methods of teaching English, methods of communicating with children, methods of working with children with ADHD, and I plan to study developmental psychology.
