During two years as a teaching assistant at Epoka University, I had the opportunity to develop and improve my academic and pedagogical skills. I helped the professors in the preparation and delivery of learning materials, including lectures, seminars and practical exercises. Also, I assisted in the organization and implementation of academic activities and conferences scientific, contributing to the creation of a lively academic environment. My experience as an assistant teaching has helped me better understand the needs of students and develop my skills communication and time management, better preparing me for a career in teaching and scientific research.
