Who are we looking for?

Passionate

Adores kids and teaching. Is a lifelong learner. Willing to enjoy their job on both weekdays and weekends.

Qualified

Has ESL teaching experience or a teaching certificate. A Bachelor's degree or higher. Foreign language skills and at least B2 in English.

Connected

Has a suitable workspace with an internet-connected computer with webcam capabilities. Knows how web conferencing (Zoom and similar) works.

Available

Can teach for at least 15 hours per week during peak hours in the UTC+2 time zone (15:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 to 21:00 on weekends).

I am not a native English speaker, but I speak English fluently. Am I still eligible to apply?

Definitely! If you are a fluent English speaker, and meet the relevant job requirements, feel free to apply. We are open to accepting all nationalities so long as they meet our requirements.
Can I ever take a holiday?

Yes, but you should notify us 14+ days in advance.
Will I be provided with teaching materials?

Yes! We have our super fun Charlie curriculum which is based around Cambridge Starters, Movers, and Flyers, as well as phonics, Minecraft and singing courses.
What are the system requirements?

Teachers are required to have a modern laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC is fine) with a minimum of 4gb RAM. You should also have 10mbps upload and download speed, and a working webcam and microphone. You can test your download speed at www.speedtest.net.
What payment methods does All Right offer?

Payments are done on bi-weekly basis directly to your bank card.
