Hey there, future English language learners! I'm Teacher Marilou, I’m a Filipina, a professional teacher for over 19 years in the service and an experienced English tutor for more than 10 years, and every moment has been filled with passion, laughter, and, most importantly, the joy of watching my students excel in English! I'm thrilled to welcome you to an exciting ESL learning journey like no other. I’m a graduate of Bachelor’s in Secondary education major in General Science in Rizal Technological University and a certified TESOL and TEYL holder. With a solid foundation in education, and armed with the latest ESL teaching techniques, I'm here to make your language learning experience not just effective but downright enjoyable. Learning with me as your English tutor will be fun and interesting because I have a lot of teaching styles which are effective in my teaching-learning process. I use TPR (Total Physical Response), integrate interactive games and activities, storytelling, and role-playing. We also sing a song and chants, and I also use visual aids and props that can make learning more tangible and memorable for the kids. With these I can create a dynamic and effective learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of my students and keeps them motivated to learn English.
