I have never regarded my profession as just a job. For me, teaching is a creative process. Each lesson is an endless field of opportunities for the students' development and educating.
The most important thing in the lesson is the creation of a warm, friendly and psychologically comfortable atmosphere. Therefore, in my lessons, there is only one single rule: do not be afraid to make mistakes. To do this, I do my best to encourage even the smallest success, to support and build students' confidence.
Each student is a unique person who must be understood, accepted and respected, and patience and kindness help me in this.
