I am Erika M. Austria, 26 years old from the Philippines. I finished the degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Basic Education and I am currently studying for my Masters major in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and I am also TESOL certified. I have been teaching English online for more than five years. I started my career in Online teaching way back in 2014 is where I handled and taught Korean students after that year, I decided to apply to a Chinese company where I handled Chinese young learners. I love teaching. I was also a Public School teacher. Being a classroom teacher taught me many things such as using varied gestures, facial expressions, and body language, be an enthusiastic educator to attract the attention of the learners, and be helpful to the students, Help them to explore and build their confidence in dealing with others especially in using the English language. These experiences helped me to assess the needs and levels of my students and I applied those lessons I gathered as a school teacher in the field of Online Teaching which made my classes awesome and productive.
