 I am Jojie Magbanua from the Philippines and currently in the country of Laos as an International English Teacher.  I am drawn to the prospect of joining an institution that values innovation in education and the cultivation of a lifelong love for learning. I am a Bachelor’s degree holder in Education and a Master’s Level in Early Childhood Studies Development and Education in Alison Online Learning. As an INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH EDUCATOR with 5 years of experience in various educational settings, I have honed a robust skill set aimed at enhancing students' engagement and academic success.  As an International English Teacher, I spearheaded a collaborative initiative to adapt our English Language Arts curriculum to support the diverse learning needs of our students also my colleagues. My efforts, combined with those of my colleagues, resulted in a curriculum improvement of 35% to better serve our special education students.  This responsive approach to curriculum development produced a significant enhancement in student outcomes, with my classes achieving a remarkable 90% or above passing rate in annual assessments.
